How We Make CookAtlas
Every recipe, guide, and story on CookAtlas passes through the same standards — researched, tested, and reviewed before it reaches you.
How content is researched
We start from real cooking questions and real kitchens, not from keyword lists. Recipes are developed around tested techniques and honest measurements, and we consult regional sources — cookbooks, culinary institutions, and native cooks — for cuisine-specific and cultural content.
How recipes are reviewed
Every recipe is prepared at least once in a home-style kitchen before publication, and timings, yields, and substitutions are checked against the test. When a recipe is updated, it is re-tested and the change is noted.
How AI-assisted content is handled
AI tools may be used to draft, structure, or scale content. Nothing AI-assisted is published without editorial review: a human editor checks every fact, instruction, and measurement for accuracy, usefulness, and originality. We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been verified, and we do not claim professional certifications we do not hold.
How images are selected
We use natural, editorial food photography and credit photographers wherever possible. Images are chosen to show what the dish actually looks like when cooked, not an idealized version of it.
Corrections
We fix errors promptly and transparently. If you spot a mistake, email us at business@h2omob.com and we will correct it and update the page.
